Nothing on this site sits in a warehouse. Every order triggers a print run with our production partner — the shirt doesn’t exist until you buy it. That’s the trade-off for staying small and not carrying dead stock: production takes a little longer than a warehouse pick-and-pack, but nothing gets made until someone actually wants it.
Timelines
- Production: 2–7 business days to print and prepare your order. Complex designs or high-demand drops can run toward the longer end — if a specific item is backed up, we’ll say so on the product page.
- Shipping: varies by destination. Once it leaves production, expect anywhere from a few days (nearby) to a couple of weeks (long-haul international). You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships — that’s the real ETA, more than any estimate we give you here.
- We don’t offer rush or same-day shipping. It’s one person running this, not a fulfillment center with a rush lane.
International orders
We ship globally. If you’re outside the origin country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your own country — those are set by your government, not us, and they’re on you to cover. We can’t predict what they’ll be or make them disappear.
Delays
Print-on-demand supply chains hit occasional snags — production backlogs, customs holds, a carrier having a bad month. If your order is running long, check your tracking link first. If it’s genuinely stuck, reach out and we’ll look into it. We can’t control the carrier, but we won’t ignore you either.
Address accuracy
Enter your address correctly. Once an order’s in production, we usually can’t change it, and we don’t cover reshipping costs for packages returned or lost because of a typo on your end.
