The short version
Everything here is made to order. We can’t resell a shirt someone else already had printed for them, so we don’t accept returns for wrong size, changed your mind, or “didn’t look how I pictured it.” If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, that’s on us to fix — no argument, no fine print.
What counts as a defect
- Visibly wrong print (misaligned, cracked, wrong design entirely)
- Damaged in transit (torn, stained, crushed packaging that damaged the item)
- Wrong item or wrong size sent (our error, not a sizing-chart mix-up on your end)
What doesn’t
- You ordered the wrong size after skipping the size chart
- You changed your mind after it shipped
- Minor variation in placement or color that’s within normal print tolerance (print-on-demand isn’t a laser-guided process — expect small, human-scale variation)
How to report a problem
Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Right now that means a DM through Facebook or Instagram (see Contact) — there’s no ticket system, because there’s no support team, just one person reading messages. We’ll get back to you and sort a replacement or refund from there. Replacement is the default fix; if that’s not workable for your item, we’ll refund instead.
Refunds and Bitcoin
Checkout currently runs on Bitcoin only. Because crypto value moves, a refund is issued as the equivalent BTC amount sent back to your wallet — not a guarantee of the fiat value you saw at checkout, since that can shift between your order and your refund. We’ll be upfront if that’s relevant to your case. (If card and wallet checkout gets added down the line, refunds on those orders will go back to the original payment method the normal way.)
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges follow the same defect-free path as everything else made-to-order: we can’t take back a correctly-printed shirt just to swap the size. Check the size chart before you order — if you’re between sizes, sizing down runs closer to true-to-size on most of these cuts (check the specific product page, since fabric varies by design).
