Yes. No brand team, no call centre, no ticket queue — see the About and Contact pages. Replies come from an actual human, just not instantly.
Where does the money actually go?
Every item is priced at cost plus a small markup. That markup is the entire profit, and 100% of it goes to the BDS Movement — nothing is kept, no salary, no investors. See the About page for the full explanation.
How do I know the donations are real?
Right now, that’s taken on the word of the person running the site — there isn’t a running public ledger yet. If that changes, it’ll be posted here first. (Fair to be skeptical of a website telling you to trust it — that’s on us to fix, not on you to assume.)
What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin, currently. That’s a deliberate choice, not an oversight — but it does mean if you don’t already hold BTC, checkout has a learning curve. That’s actively being worked on.
How long does shipping take?
2–7 business days to produce, then transit time on top of that depending on where you are. Full breakdown on the Shipping Policy page. You’ll get tracking the moment it ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Only if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong. Everything is made to order, so we can’t take back a correctly-made shirt because of sizing regret. Full detail on the Refund and Returns Policy page — check the size chart before you buy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs fees and import duties, if your country charges them, are your responsibility — we don’t cover those and can’t predict them.
What sizes are available?
S through 2XL on most designs. Sizing varies slightly by cut — check the specific product page.
